A: The MOQ of most products is 50pcs, But the MOQ of the JNR products is 100pcs.
Q: What’s the price?
A: How many pcs will you need my friend? There is different price conrresponding the different quantity.
Q:My payment is accepted, when will the order be shipped out?
A:We usually ship orders within 48 hours after full payment. If the item is out of stock, our customer service will notify you with an estimated dispatch time and provide solutions.
Q:How can I know my order is shipped out or not
A:Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation message. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. Ensure your information is correct at checkout to avoid issues. If you didn’t receive the email, contact us, and we’ll provide your order number and tracking details (if shipped).
Q:If my package is sent to incorrect address
A:Please double-check your address before payment. If a package is sent to the wrong address, we cannot change it after shipping.
